This bento contains leftover redo croquettes, onigiri, egg rolls, orange segments, grapes, zucchini, and squash.
To make the redu croquettes mix together leftover mashed potatoes and other leftovers vegetables. This have corn and peas. Form into whatever shape you like, bread and fry. I like to pop them into the freezer for a while after they are shaped. Much easier to bread. When breading coat with flour, then egg, then panko crumbs.
