I've been playing more and more with my mini cutters and decided to use the nesting heart cutters today. Which as fate would have it the last preshaped boiled egg in the fridge was a heart so off I went. And of course I had preformed onigiri in the freezer! So this lunch was so fast to make. The celery kinpira and the cabbage were both cooked fresh on opposite ends of a large pan (less cleanup!) Added the fresh fruit and we are good to go!
